This is the Raptor-4G RP-150 fuel system for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This is a low pressure (10psi) system feeds the factory frame rail pump only, and does not replace it. If you are looking to replace the factory fuel pump, you will need kit R4SPBF358 which is a Raptor-4G fuel system set at 55-60psi. This system mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction line connects to the factory suction fitting on the frame rail. The pressure side connects directly into the factory frame rail mounted pump to feed it. These pumps are internally regulated and do not require a return line. This is a 150GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system for stock fuel trucks. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit.
