INJECTORS THAT ARE PROCESSED AS CORES FOR FAILURE TO PROPERLY LABEL THE BOX AND INJECTORS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAP. A SET OF REBUILD ABLE CORES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT THAT THE INJECTORS ARE NOT LABELED PROPERLY AND CORED OUT.***

Piezo testing includes:


The injectors are visually inspected and flushed. The injectors are cleaned ultrasonicly. Testing is conducted on our Common Rail test bench and tests at full throttle at high flow, mid load, idle, and perform a static back leak test. Test results will be included whcih will show fuel delivery in the form of mm3 and pass/fail points.



After testing we will call you to explain the results and provide suggestions. Testing includes new copper sealing washers.
