DAP Transmission Cooler Bypass Upgrade for 2013-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins equipped with (68RFE & AS69RC) including HEMI model's equipped with (545RFE, 65RFE, AS66RD, and 66RFE) eliminates the stock problematic thermal bypass valves, ensuring maximum fluid flow through the transmission cooler and reducing the risk of overheating. Debris in the stock cooler bypass valve can cause the internal valve to get stuck in recirculation mode, If the transmisison gets stuck in recirculaiton mode the temperature will increase high enough to cause premature failure.
Designed for 2013-2018 RAM trucks with 5.7L, 6.4L, and 6.7L engines. Direct replacement for 6.7L model's (68RFE, AS69RC) Hemi 5.7L and 6.4L equipped with (545RFE, 65RFE, and 66RFE) transmissions.
