Borg Warner's 171702 S475/96/1.32 a/r T6 turbocharger has been the leading performer for light duty diesel compound kits for over a decade. Thanks to it's low price point and broad compressor map, the S475 is a great option to pair with your factory turbocharger in a twin kit. This turbo offers great airflow and spooling characteristics in a compound system. With enough air to support 700hp, it might be just what your truck needs to keep that big trailer moving without worrying about EGT's.
For towing applications, we might suggest upgrading to the tighter 1.15 T6 a/r housing to move the usable powerband lower in the RPM range for even better EGT control. We also offer billet wheel upgrades for increased flow and better spooling characteristics. There is also an optional 360-degree thrust bearing upgrade available.
