Smith Brothers 7.3 Powerstroke Pushrods Upgrade These are high-performance chrome moly and a great upgrade for any moderately upgraded truck. Before any bent pushrod symptoms, a pushrod replacement is recommended for modified injectors larger than a stage 2. Why not upgrade them to the Smith Brothers performance pushrods? Pushrod failures result from high cylinder pressure created by big performance injectors during high motor revolutions. These stronger pushrods are much less likely to bend at the higher RPMs. These are recommended for anyone using a hybrid injector. They have 3/8" 4130 Chromoly tubes, 3/8" ball ends and are stock length. These are a great upgrade with ARP head studs and Comp 910 valve springs.
